My dashboard is empty

Our data provider takes 12-24 hours to sync the catalogs of newer or smaller artists that just signed up with us. More established artists usually have their data already indexed. If your data is not showing, simply check back in 12-24 hours and everything should be populated.

If there are still any issues after 24 hours, reach out to us using the live chat on the bottom right of the screen and we'll help you out.
Make sure to include:

1. The link to your Spotify profile
2. The link to your Spotify track(s) that aren't showing up
3. Screenshots of anything on your dashboard that shouldn't be there
