Because our service is delivered digitally and activated immediately upon purchase, each setup involves direct costs related to system registration, payment processing, and data management. For that reason, all purchases are generally considered binding once the service has been activated.
That said, we always aim to be fair and understanding. Refund or partial refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and the nature of the reason for wanting a refund.
1. Subscriptions and Commitment
We offer both a monthly subscription ($39.99/month) and an annual subscription ($299.99/year).
Monthly Plan:
Billed one month at a time and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle begins
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Annual Plan:
Prepaid for 12 months at a significant discount and includes exclusive high-value downloadable materials
By purchasing an annual plan, you commit to the full 12-month period from the purchase date
Early termination does not trigger a partial refund, as the discount is based on a full-year commitment
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals—the next payment will only be charged once the current period has ended.
As a general rule, both monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the current billing period has begun, unless specific circumstances apply (as described below and considered on a case-by-case basis).
3. Cases Where Refunds Are Granted
We genuinely want our users to have a great experience—and we always strive to be fair, helpful, and solution-oriented. If something isn't working as expected, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to look into it and find the best possible outcome together.
That said, processing refunds and account-related requests takes both time and resources. Each user setup involves real costs—including system registration, data management, and transaction processing—so we ask for understanding that we cannot issue refunds simply because someone changes their mind or did not review the plan details before purchasing.
Refunds are therefore only issued under the following reasonable and legitimate circumstances, and as a general rule, refunds are intended solely for the cases listed below:
1. Technical or Service-Related Issues
If our software fails to perform as described or experiences significant technical problems on our end that prevent you from using it as intended, we will always attempt to fix the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with applicable law (e.g., if the product is defective or fails to function as promised). This is part of your statutory two-year warranty as an EU consumer.
2. Billing Errors or Double Payments
If you were charged incorrectly, billed twice, or another billing error occurred on our part, we will promptly refund the overpaid amount upon verification.
3. Legal or Statutory Refunds
We comply with all consumer protection laws. If you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal (e.g., within 14 days for EU consumers who have not waived it) or other legally mandated refund, we will honor it.

4. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Granted
To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
1. Change of Mind or Misunderstood Expectations
If you simply changed your mind, expected something different, or are dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to product performance, a refund is not applicable. Our service features and content are clearly described, and purchases are binding unless covered by applicable withdrawal rights. In addition, detailed walkthroughs and tutorial videos are publicly available on our official YouTube channel, clearly showing how the platform works and what to expect before purchasing.
2. Lack of Desired Results
Our software helps automate and optimize your Meta ads, but it does not guarantee specific promotional outcomes. Campaign performance depends on multiple factors such as ad creative, targeting, and budget. If the service functioned correctly but your campaign did not achieve the results you hoped for, this does not constitute a product defect or valid reason for a refund.
3. Partial Use / Unused Time
If you cancel your subscription partway through a paid period (e.g., after 10 days into a month or mid-year on an annual plan), we do not refund the remaining unused time. You will retain access for the paid period, but early cancellation does not trigger partial reimbursement.
4. Annual Subscription - Early Cancellation
The annual plan is discounted based on a 12-month commitment. Therefore, no refunds are provided for early termination unless covered under a valid refund condition (e.g., confirmed service defect).
5. Abuse or Violation of Terms
If you misuse the platform, violate our Terms of Use, or attempt to exploit the refund system (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests to gain free access), we reserve the right to deny refunds. Similarly, once you have accessed all included downloadable materials through the gated "resource access" system, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable, as the digital content has been fully delivered.

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow this process:

Case Review – We will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days and evaluate it according to this policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. We comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the EU's 14-day withdrawal right and 2-year warranty for digital services. If any clause in this document conflicts with local law, the law will take precedence.
