When connecting your Meta account, there are specific Facebook profiles that get the following error:
This issue happens occasionally with specific Facebook accounts, and Meta has not provided us with the reason why.
Here are the steps to resolve:
1. Go to Meta Business Settings and make sure you're in the same Business Portfolio you wish to use in intellijend by clicking on the icon in the top left and selecting the right portfolio.
2. In the left sidebar navigate to Users -> People
3. Click on the Invite people button and invite someone to your business portfolio who will allow you to login with their info on intellijend - like a friend, collaborator, manager, parent, partner etc. Once you input their email, make sure to give them Full control to everything permissions.
4. Have that person accept the invite in their email
5. Navigate back to intellijend, and on that error screen click on your profile image on the top right to switch into the other Facebook account. Log in with their information
6. Now your business portfolio is successfully connected to intellijend. If you wish, you can now safely remove that person from your Business Portfolio.
